Robert B. Kennedy, Managing Partner


Robert is the Managing Partner of Leadership Strategy Partners (LSP). In this role, Robert oversees day-to-day firm operations, engagement team performance, client satisfaction and longer term business strategy. As such, Robert is deeply committed to understanding our client's businesses, their strengths and unique challenges … and ensuring each client has the right solution in place to best address their needs.


In addition to serving as Managing Partner, Robert leads the firm's Strategy and Organization Design practices. Robert is passionate about helping clients determine the right strategic choices for their organization and achieving their potential through creating intuitive organizational design, distinctive capabilities and operational excellence. 


Over the course of his career, Robert has led engagements with clients ranging from Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, Kraft, Heineken, Intuit, HP, Royal Bank of Canada and Walmart...to name a few. Prior to LSP, Robert served as SVP & General Manager of a brand strategy and marketing consultancy, served as the CMO of an ecommerce firm, and served in leadership roles within the brand management organization of The Coca-Cola Company.


Robert joined LSP in 2006. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Meg Bluth, Insights & Analytics Lead


Meg is the Insights & Analytics lead for Leadership Strategy Partners (LSP). In this role, Meg oversees data management and organization, insight development, and market research for our clients. Meg is passionate about gaining a 360° view of the consumer and translating that understanding to accomplish business objectives. 


Meg has been an Insights leader for over twenty years, with roles at Coca-Cola, Georgia Pacific and General Mills.  Meg most recently served as the Insights & Analytics Lead for Sparkling Brands at The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for a team supporting all sparkling brands including the Coca-Cola TM brands and Sprite.


Meg holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois- UC and a Master of Market Research from University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

Karen Caswell, Principal Consultant


Karen is a Principal Consultant with Leadership Strategy Partners (LSP). Well-versed in strategy, research, analysis and project management, Karen often assists our clients “upstream”.  She helps simplify business and marketplace complexity – including identification of trends and insights – for clients innovating or somehow in growth mode. Those seeking to clarify, revisit or launch their value proposition, brand and/or new offer. 


With both a consulting and “client-side” background, Karen has served Fortune 500, industry-leading private companies, and nonprofits – including faith-based.  Her deepest industry experience lies in financial services, professional services, consumer goods/services, and retail (online & in-store).  Karen’s career includes 5 years in the UK and Europe. 


Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
